Pat'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. diced raw potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix soup and milk.
    Pour over potatoes, onion and pepper in a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover the last 1/2 hour.
