Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, cubed
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. sliced onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. cream
    2 tsp. brown mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of nutmeg
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish; set aside.
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water.
