Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
    3 medium potatoes
    3 carrots
    3 stalks celery
    1 large onion
    1 large can Pet milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables.
    Simmer for 30 minutes, or until tender. Mix soup with milk and corn; add to vegetables.
    Crush tomatoes and add.
    Pinch cheese up and slowly add, stirring constantly after cheese is added or it will scorch.
    Cook for about 20 minutes.
