Thick Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 lb. coarse ground beef
    1 1/2 lb. coarse ground pork
    9 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    1 can chopped green chiles
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Brown meat, onions and garlic together.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add other ingredients and cook for at least 2 1/2 hours. Add water as needed.
    Remember if the spoon will not stand up in the pot, it's too thin.
