Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. green onions, chopped
    3/4 c. ham, chopped
    1 1/2 c. milk
    6 oz. Monterey Jack, shredded
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk and flour.
    Fold in ham, cheese, onion and seasonings.
    Pour mixture into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Serves 4.
