Christmas Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. (1 pkg.) cranberries
1 orange, ground through food processor
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 pt. hot water
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. celery, cut fine
1 c. chopped pecans
1 large apple, cut or diced fine
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Mix together the first 3 ingredients and let it set in the refrigerator overnight.
Next morning, dissolve jello in hot water.
When mixture begins to set, add it to the cranberry mixture, then add the remaining ingredients.
Stir all together. Put in a large bowl and refrigerate.
It will keep up to 2 weeks or can be frozen.
Makes 2 quarts.
