Sunset Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Cool until partially congealed. Add the remaining ingredients.
    Pour into mold; chill until firm. Pretty served with carrot curls and radish roses.
    Serves 8 to 10.
