Mashed Potato Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. bread cubes
    6 eggs
    1 qt. mashed potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in butter until tender.
    Pour over bread cubes.
    Beat eggs, salt, pepper and potatoes.
    Add to bread.
    Add milk and mix.
    Bake for 1 hour.
