Grandma'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1 2/3 c. white sugar
    5 eggs
    2 c. plain flour, sifted
    vanilla or almond flavor to taste
Preparation
    Cream butter well; add sugar gradually beating until very light.
    Add 1 egg at a time beating well after each egg.
    Add flavor and beat well.
    Turn into greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
