Roadhouse Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. half and half cream
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat cream and butter.
    Add salt.
    Place potatoes in flat, greased glass 9 x 12-inch dish.
    Pour cream mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
