Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) pkg. pork sausage
    2 (2.1 oz.) envelopes dry chicken noodle soup mix
    1/2 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
    4 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain and set aside.
    In a covered saucepan, on medium heat, cook soup mix, rice and water for 7 minutes.
    Combine sausage, soup and rice mixture, pepper, onion, celery and almonds. Place in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
