Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. warm beer (any brand)
3 c. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
butter or margarine
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients, except butter, in a large bowl.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
