Oven Fried Chicken With Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. sage
1/2 c. melted butter
6 c. dry bread crumbs
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Season chicken to taste and fry in hot fat.
Combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, sage, onions and butter, using 1/2 cup of soup.
Arrange chicken in Dutch oven.
Pile dressing in center. Make gravy of pan drippings, using 2 tablespoons flour and enough water with remaining soup to make 2 cups.
Pour over chicken, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
