Peach Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1 c. chopped fresh peaches
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add egg and beat well. Beat vanilla and sour cream or yogurt into creamed mixture.
Add flour and baking powder.
Stir well.
Add chopped peaches and pecans just until mixed.
