"Hawaiian Chicken" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts (split)
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/2 c. drained pineapple chunks
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Brown chicken in shortening.
    Pour off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until done. Makes 4 servings.
