Bean Cake(Fake Name: Spice Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 lb. can Campbell's pork and beans (remove pork)
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Put raisins in boiling water for about 20 minutes and drain. Remove pork from pork and beans, then mash beans with fork.
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and beans for about 2 minutes.
Blend flour into all ingredients (very thick).
Fold in raisins.
