Golden Carrots (Hawaii) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced, cooked carrots
    1 c. pineapple bits
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    juice (from pineapple)
    1 tsp. tapioca
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix carrots and pineapple bits in buttered baking dish. Combine
    pineapple\tjuice,\tbrown
    sugar,
    tapioca,
    salt
    and butter.
    Pour over carrots and pineapple bits.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
