Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushrooms soup
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown the beef and bacon.
Add onion and cook until tender, but not brown.
Drain excess fat.
Blend flour and seasonings into meat mixture.
Stir in soup and cook slowly, uncovered, stirring frequently 20 to 35 minutes.
Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over noodles.
