Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. shortening
    5 medium onions, chopped
    6 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/3 c. salt
    1/3 c. cumin
    1 c. chili powder
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Brown meat slightly in shortening. Add other ingredients in order listed. Add about 2 quarts water. Bring to simmer and simmer slowly, stirring often until done. May have to add a little water along.
    It is better after it sets a few hours. Can be frozen.
