Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium-sized potato, mashed
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Add vanilla to\tmashed\tpotato.
    Gradually
    work
    sugar into potato until the right
    consistency
    to
    roll out (as for pie crust).
    Spread with
    peanut butter.
    Sprinkle with pecans and cherries if desired.
    Roll\tup (as for jelly roll).
    Chill and slice.
