Delightful Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Stove Top stuffing
1 (12 oz.) jar brown gravy
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 small green pepper
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 garlic clove, chopped
4 bell peppers

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except bell peppers and cheese.
Clean and hollow out bell peppers and stuff with mixture.
Top with cheese. Place in covered baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 10 minutes.
