Nappa Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head or 2 smaller heads nappa cabbage
1 pkg. slivered almonds, sauteed in butter
1 pkg. sunflower seed meats
3 green onions
2 pkg. Ramen noodles (without the soup mix)
3/4 c. olive oil
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Shake and chill olive oil, sugar, white vinegar and soy sauce. Shred cabbage, like lettuce.
In large bowl, toss cabbage, onions, almonds and sunflower meats.
Just before serving, crunch up Ramen noodles and put in bowl with cabbage.
Toss with dressing.
