Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagna noodles (12 noodles, 4 layers)
    16 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella (approximately 1 c.)
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 eggs
    broccoli, cut and steamed
    spinach, cut and steamed (or carrots)
Preparation
    Cook and drain lasagna noodles.
    In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs and vegetables. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread spaghetti sauce on bottom.
