Salsa And Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Neufchatel cheese
1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
1 diced tomato (medium)
1 diced onion (small)
1 16 oz. thick and chunky salsa
8 oz. grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
chopped black olives to taste
Preparation

Spread softened Neufchatel cheese in bottom of 10 inch pie plate.
Layer rest in order.
Microwave until hot and bubbly. Turn plate a few times while cooking.
Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
