Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 eggs
    3 large bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. soda
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. black walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil in bowl until light and fluffy, add eggs 1
    at a time, beating after each addition.\tMix bananas. Dissolve soda
    in
    buttermilk.
    Add to creamed mixture alternately
    with sifted
    flour
    and salt, beating well after each addition.\tAdd nuts and vanilla.
    Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread is brown.
