Mochiko Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. chicken, deboned and cut
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. mochiko
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. minced green onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. ajinomoto (optional)
    1/4 c. shoyu
    1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 to 3 chili peppers, minced
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except chicken.
    Add
    chicken; marinate
    for 2 hours or longer (overnight\tfor
    more
    taste). Fry in oil until brown.
