Ingredients

1 box vanilla wafers
1 box (2 to 2 1/2-inch) foiled baking cups
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 can pie filling (any flavor)
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins, lightly floured
Preparation

Bake at 375\u00b0
for 10 minutes.
(If use about a teaspoon of dough per
cookie.)
When
removed\tfrom
oven, loosen each cookie, then allow to
cool on pan about 5 minutes.
Remove to paper towel and
cool
completely
before
storing in airtight container.
