Party Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or unflavored yogurt
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. diced pimento
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except potatoes and cheese.
    Stir in potatoes.
    Spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or 3-quart casserole bowl.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
    (Eight cups of cubed potatoes can be substituted for the frozen potatoes, if desired.)
