Creamy Potato Soup(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    5 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    In 5-quart saucepan, in oleo, cook potatoes and onion until golden brown, stirring frequently.
    Add water, salt, pepper and bouillon.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer about 15 or 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
    Stir in milk.
    Makes 4 1/2 cups, 185 calories per serving.
