Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat well. Add milk to egg mixture gradually. Beat until smooth. Pour custard into baking dish. Sprinkle custard with nutmeg. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
