Ingredients

1 c. corn oil
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 small garlic clove, minced fine
1 Tbsp. onion, minced fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mix in glass jar or cruet.
Let stand several hours before using.
Keeps for a long time in refrigerator.
Good on green salads.
