Chocolate Whiskey Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 pkg. devil cake mix
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. whiskey
    1 c. miniature chocolate chips
    2 cans frosting
    pecan pieces
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour pans (2 round).
    Mix cake mix, buttermilk, oil, eggs and whiskey.
    Beat at low speed 2 minutes.
    Increase to medium for 2 minutes.
    Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
    Cool and frost.
    Press pecans on sides, if desired.
