Deluxe Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. salad dressing
    4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle
    2 Tbsp. pickle juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 chopped, hard-cooked eggs
Preparation
    Add salad dressing to potatoes, celery, onion, pickle juice, pimento and eggs.
    Toss lightly until well blended.
    Refrigerate for 1 hour or more before serving.
    Garnish with additional hard-cooked eggs.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
