Tamale Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 c. grits
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (7 oz.) can drained whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. crushed corn chips
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 c. American cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook grits in water (add salt and parsley) until thick. Cool slightly.
    Grease tube pan.
    Turn grits into pan spreading\tup sides
    and\tcenter\twith back of spoon.
    With greased hand, press evenly to completely line the pan.
