Pasta Salad(For A Crowd) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large red pepper, diced
    1 large yellow or orange pepper, diced
    2 ripe tomatoes, diced
    2 large jars marinated artichoke hearts, quartered and leaves cut off
    1 jar marinated mushrooms, quartered
    1 can large black olives, pitted and sliced
    6 oz. shredded Romano cheese
    6 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/2 bottle Caesar dressing
    1/3 bottle Italian dressing
    2 pkg. tri-colored rotini
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    Cut up veggies as indicated; mix together in a bowl.
    Save some of the marinade from the artichoke hearts and the mushrooms.
    After rinsing and draining pasta, add veggies and cheese.
    Mix well, then add the dressing and a couple of ounces of the marinade.
    Mix well, then cover and chill.
    Makes a very large salad; serves up to 20 as a side dish.
