Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium to large potatoes
    slices or chunks of ham
    sliced Velveeta cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onions (optional)
    1 can cream of potato soup or cream of celery or cream of chicken
    margarine, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel
    and
    slice
    potatoes
    to\tapproximately
    1/4-inch thick. Rub
    margarine
    around
    the inside of the bowl.
    Layer all ingredients,
    starting
    with
    potatoes and ending with the cheese. Layer
    potatoes,
    onions, ham, cheese, etc.
    Pour the soup over the top and cook in a slow oven until done (approximately 325\u00b0 for 1 hour).
