Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef or boneless chuck roast
    2 c. potatoes, cubed
    2 c. celery, sliced
    2 c. onions, chopped
    2 c. carrots, sliced
    6 (12 oz.) cans V-8
    3 to 6 Tbsp. tapioca
    salt and pepper or seasoned salt to taste
Preparation
    Dissolve tapioca in V-8.
    Combine all ingredients; cook in a 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
