Thinner Fritter Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    2 egg yolks
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Put egg
    yolks and milk into bowl.
    Sift together flour and salt.
    Add to milk mixture.
    Beat on medium until blended, scraping bowl
    often. Beat in butter and lemon juice.
    Add egg whites;
    beat
    only until blended. Frying temperature at 375\u00b0. Time:
    3 minutes for onion rings.
