Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, lightly beat eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Blend well.
Spoon in rice and raisins.
Put in ovenproof dish.
Place in pan filled with 1-inch hot water.
Bake uncovered 1 1/4 hours, stirring once after 30 minutes.
