Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese (medium-sharp), grated
    1 lb. sausage, fried and drained well
    dash of red pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary (optional)
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes (optional)
Preparation
    While sausage is still warm, mix Bisquick and cheese with sausage.
    Add a dash of red pepper, rosemary and parsley flakes and continue to mix well.
    Roll into bite size balls (small) immediately after mixing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 minutes until brown. These can be frozen, uncooked, for 2 months.
