Country Style Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. ribs (kalbi style)
1 inch grated ginger
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. shoyu
1/3 c. oyster sauce
1 c. ketchup
Preparation
-
Boil ribs with ginger and enough water to cover ribs for 40 to 45 minutes.
Drain and wash clean.
Combine remaining ingredients for sauce.
Soak ribs in sauce while hot.
Broil over charcoal or in oven.
