Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. melted butter or substitute 2 to 2 1/2 c. applesauce
1 (20 oz.) box Raisin Bran
2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients, except Raisin Bran, in very large bowl. Add beaten eggs and buttermilk.
Mix well.
Add butter or applesauce.
Mix well again.
Let set for several hours before baking first time.
