Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. popped corn
    2 c. pecans
    1 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar, granulated
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugars, syrup, salt and vanilla together.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from fire.
    Add baking soda.
    Mix popcorn, pecans and butter in a bowl. Pour into pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
