Cheddar Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large baking potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or 1/4 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Bake potatoes about 1 hour (don't wrap in foil).
    Cut hot potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out, saving shells.
