Chocolate Eclair Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 or 9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip topping
Preparation
    Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with graham crackers.
    Mix the 2 packages of vanilla pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk.
    Stir in the Cool Whip topping.
    Spread half of the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers.
    Place another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
    Spread the second half of the pudding over the second layer of graham crackers.
    Top with a third layer of graham crackers.
    Frost with any chocolate frosting or the one listed below.
    Prepare one to two days in advance and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
