Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 carrot, diced
1 small onion, chopped
6 c. water
1 large celery stalk, chopped
Preparation

Cut chicken into serving pieces (wings, back and neck are delicious for soup).
Place chicken in cooker with water, salt, celery, carrot and onion.
Cook slowly until chicken leaves the bone.
Thicken with 1 tablespoon flour mixed smoothly in three tablespoons water or serve thin.
If too much cooking absorbs, add a cup or more hot water.
