Peach Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg whites
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups crushed soda crackers or grahams
Preparation

Beat egg whites. Add cream of tartar and slowly add sugar. Add crushed cracker crumbs and nuts to egg white mixture. Put in cake pan (preferably sheet cake pan). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40-45 minutes. Cool. Cover with whipped topping and top with peach or any kind of pie filling. Should stand over night or several hours. Cut in squares and serve.
