Herbed Chicken And Vegetable Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 tsp. McCormick Grill-Mates chicken and fish seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    assorted vegetables (corn on cob pieces, tomato chunks, zucchini slices, green and/or red bell pepper pieces, onion chunks, mushrooms, etc.)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large, self-closing plastic bag or glass dish.
    Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
    Add to marinade; toss to coat.
    Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
    Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
    Spear chicken and vegetables on metal skewers.
    Lightly sprinkle chicken and vegetables with Grill-Mates seasonings.
    Preheat grill or broiler.
    Grill skewers 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently.
    Makes 6 servings.
