Oatmeal Honey Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oatmeal
    1 c. water
    2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    7 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. honey
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. Puritan oil
Preparation
    Mix together quick oatmeal and 1 cup water in microwave for 3 1/2 minutes.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Put 2 cups warm water and dry yeast together in a large bowl and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar. Let begin to work.
    Add oat mixture, honey, salt, oil and flour to yeast mixture.
    Mix well and knead on floured board until smooth and elastic.
    Place in a bowl, greased well with Puritan oil.
    Let rise until double in bulk, about 1 hour.
    Punch down and roll over; let rise again.
    Punch down and form into 2 or 3 loaves, depending on pan size.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Can be made into buns also.
