Basic White Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    To melt butter in a 1-quart glass bowl or casserole, microwave on High for 30 seconds.
    Stir in flour and salt to make a smooth paste.
    Blend in milk gradually.
    Microwave on High for 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
    Yields 1 cup creamy white sauce (thin).
